Shipping
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for custom/handmade pieces may take longer, details of which can be found in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the shipping email.
THROUGH WHAT CARRIER DO YOUR ORDERS SHIP?
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority mail.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Not yet, but that is something we are considering in the near future.
Returns
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Of course! We understand that you might occasionally change your mind. You can send most unworn gems back within 15-days of the ship date for a full refund or credit. All tags must be attached.

DO ALL YOUR ITEMS BENEFIT WOMEN IN 3RD WORLD COUNTRIES?
No, Only the items in the 'Shop The Cause' Collection. We hope to eventually only carry products that are traded fairly.
ARE ALL ITEMS HANDMADE BY INDEPENDANT DESIGNERS?
Not all of our items are hand made by independant designers, Only those in the 'indie designer' collection.
DOES THE GEM AND HART DESIGN THEIR PIECES?
No, although we hope to get to that point. For now we work with indie designers and fairtrade jewelery trader from all over the world to bring you the most stylish and unique gems out there!
What if something I want is out of stock?
